Rules:
+ You can only swap one card per week. Swapping more is a no-no.
+ You will have to offer your card and write its name in the comments.
+ You cannot offer a card from a deck that already exists in the pile.
+ Make sure to check the comments prior to yours to see if someone else has asked for the same card.
