Christmas: Hotaru (blue Santa hat) from Gakuen Alice... she's cute and I think the crop should be fine, but feel free to use anyone in the picture with a good crop :3

Winter: Juvia from Fairy Tail! I know that Gray's the ice mage, but Juvia's the one dressed for winter... darn stripper...
