I'm not aware of it being THAT bad. The site has server slowness on occasion which is out of my control, but CarbonBeauty is fairly reliable on my end other than that. Have you tried another browser? I use chrome to look at huge card piles because it freezes firefox.

(And I'll get you your cards shortly - just wanted to answer this before I forgot)
